Refund policy
We hope you enjoy your Aesmoon products, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our support team via email contact.aesmoon@gmail.com to facilitate the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories. Refunds for domestic orders shipped within the United States will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Due to varying processing times at your bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. After 7 days, we are unable to provide a complete replacement or full/partial refund for any damaged product or products that develop wear-and-tear over time. Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9AM-5 PM EST.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Aesmoon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Aesmoon is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.
If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided and returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
